Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend this event a substitute attendee may take your place, without penalty.  However, if you wish to cancel your registration a full refund, minus a $100 (inc. GST) service fee, will be given provided you have notified us in writing at least 14 days before the start of the event.  No refund is available for cancellations under 14 days.  SPARC reserves the right to amend the seminar program should unforeseen circumstances arise, in which case participants already registered would be given the option of a full refund.
