We are covered by the Federal Privacy Act and its National Privacy Principles (NPPs) which set out standards for the collection, use disclosure and handling of personal information. This statement tells you how Lighting Council Australia (ABN 64 130 217 613) collects, uses and discloses personal information and what we expect of you.

We collect personal information to assist us in providing our various services. These include sending updates about SPARC and other relevant products and services.

We may also obtain personal information from publicly available sources etc.
